Opsot collects system telemetry (CPU, RAM, Disk usage) and application status metadata. We do not inspect the content of your private databases or application payloads.
- System metric snapshots
- Container and process lists
- Agent version and OS metadata
- Encryption audit logs
2. Data Usage
Collected data is used solely to provide real-time observability and alerting services through your Opsot dashboard. We do not sell your telemetry data to third parties.
3. Security Standards
Telemetry is transmitted via TLS 1.3 and stored using AES-256 encryption at rest. Our outbound-only architecture ensures your servers never expose listening ports to our infrastructure.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal cookies for authentication and performance monitoring (PostHog). We do not use cross-site tracking or advertising cookies.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request the deletion of your telemetry data at any time. Deleting an organization in the dashboard will purge all associated server metrics and logs.
6. Compliance
Opsot adheres to GDPR and CCPA principles regarding data privacy and user control. For DPA requests, please contact our privacy officer at privacy@opsot.com.
