By accessing or using Opsot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. Opsot is a professional monitoring tool intended for individual and enterprise server fleet management.

2. Use of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and servers. Opsot provides the agent and dashboard; however, the operational integrity of your private infrastructure remains your sole responsibility.

Use the service for lawful purposes only
Do not attempt to reverse engineer the agent binary
Maintain valid encryption keys at all times
Adhere to the usage limits of your selected plan

3. Subscription and Billing

Opsot offers various subscription tiers (Pro, Ultra, Enterprise). These are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Payments are processed via Polar. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Limitation of Liability

Opsot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, server downtime, or security breaches resulting from the use of our monitoring agent or dashboard.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior detrimental to the Opsot ecosystem.
